An Overview of the Celebration
Choose Your Adventure
When we set out to design our wedding, we wanted to give our guests two options: a traditional wedding evening (ceremony, feast, dancing under the stars), and the extended version: a mini-festival and all-night campout (after-hours adult-oriented party with art, music, firelight, and a long, strange, joyful meander into the small hours). You get to choose the version that calls to you.
Arriving to our Land
For those not camping and staying overnight, parking will be down at the bottom of our dirt road, and a shuttle will carry you the final stretch to our property, and back out again. Campers, please arrive prior to 4pm if possible, in full carpools.
When the Sun Begins to Slope (4:00 PM ish)
Refreshments and wandering delights. Meet, mingle, and enjoy golden hour in the foothills. The couple of honor will be in attendance.
A Short and Sweet Ceremony (5:30 PM ish)
An untraditional ceremony of our own hearts' making.
Feast (6:00 PM ish)
Family-style dinner will be served on bountiful farmhouse tables. Expect laughter, clinking glasses, and the warm glow of golden hour slipping into blue.
The Great Unraveling (8:00 PM ish)
A live band... called Handmade Moments (YES! we know.) will open the dance floor, followed by a lineup of amazing DJs who will carry us into and through the night. The dancing will go on and on .... and on.
Departures (9:00 onwards)
Offsite guests can catch shuttles back to cars from 9:30–12:00 AM. Campers stay on for the late-night chapter, which includes midnight snack, cooked over open fire & brought to you by Comedor.
Come as you are, or come as you aren't!
Glamour, grit, glitter, leather, wings, moss, velvet. Costumes or not, you are a part of the art!
There is no dress code, but creativity is strongly encouraged. Please don't forget this is an outdoor event on a rural property. Bring layers and probably don't wear heels. No part of this event was designed for heels.
